Urgent infrastructure and service gaps at Bahindin Health Post and PHC Kwasara

A LHAAT inspection documented serious infrastructure and service-delivery gaps at Bahindin Health Post and PHC Kwasara for escalation to LGA leadership.

The issue

Bahindin: limited staffing, damaged or open roofing, missing windows, poor ceiling and toilets. Kwasara: no water or electricity, non-functional equipment and major structural deterioration.

What the LHAAT did

The LHAAT inspected and documented both facilities and will raise the findings with the Bagudo LGA Chairman.

How duty-bearers responded

No formal LGA response had been documented at the time of the report.

Where it stands

Clear accountability evidence has been generated; escalation and the resulting action are pending.
