Statements from the consortium
KADMAM, IIGES, LHAAT and SCAPP representatives took the Zaria LGA health scorecard to the Health Secretariat, which committed to tackle late reporting and to work with ward development committees.
At its August monthly meeting the Dala team in Kano State reviewed findings from Kofar Mazugal and Madigawa health facilities and agreed to send a formal advocacy letter to the Executive Chairman of Dala LGA.
Two infrastructure problems found during facility monitoring were put to the Soba LGA Health Department, which gave assurances that both would be fixed.
