Terms & Disclaimer
Terms of use for the ICSA website and its published data.
Effective date: 17 September 2026 · Applies to icsa.ngo
1. About this website
icsa.ngo is the public website of the Integrated Child Survival Advocacy at the Last Mile project (ICSA), led by the Centre for Well-Being and Integrated Nutrition Solutions (C-WINS) with NANA Girls & Women Empowerment Initiative and ACOMIN, working in Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi and Sokoto States, Nigeria. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Purpose of the content
The site exists to share evidence, learning and accountability information about child survival in northern Nigeria. Content is provided for general information and advocacy. It is not medical advice, and it should not be used to make decisions about the health of any individual. If you need health care, contact a qualified health worker or your nearest primary health centre.
3. Accuracy of data and figures
We work hard to publish accurate information, but programme data changes as it is verified. Please note:
- Figures on the ICSA Dashboard and elsewhere carry a reporting period and a source. Values are provisional until the quarterly review confirms them and may be revised.
- Commitment statuses in the Accountability tracker reflect the evidence available to ICSA on the date shown. They are not a legal finding about any government or official.
- Stories and quotations reflect the views of the people quoted, not necessarily those of the consortium, its partners or its funders.
- Where we say a figure is illustrative or a sample, it must not be cited as a project result.
Where the site uses stock photographs, the people shown are not ICSA beneficiaries or patients unless the caption says otherwise.
4. Use of publications
Unless a document says otherwise, reports, briefs and datasets in the Resources library are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. You may share and adapt them, including for commercial purposes, provided you credit ICSA and C-WINS and indicate any changes. Suggested citation: ICSA (year). Title. C-WINS, Abuja. icsa.ngo.
Photographs, films, logos and third-party material are excluded from this licence. The ICSA and partner logos may not be used without written permission. Photographs are used under their own licences and credited in the caption; contact us before reusing them.
5. Dashboard and third-party content
The ICSA Dashboard is delivered through Microsoft Power BI; its availability depends on Microsoft’s service. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to scrape personal information, or to misrepresent ICSA, C-WINS or their partners. Submitting false information through our forms is not permitted.
7. Partnership and funding
ICSA is delivered by a fixed consortium. The website does not solicit partnership applications or donations. Enquiries about the project should be sent through the Contact page.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, C-WINS, its consortium partners, funders and staff accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Questions: info@c-wins.org, ICSA Secretariat, Heritage House, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja.
