Results by focus area
Sustainable subnational financing
State and LGA budget lines for child survival and primary health care, releases against appropriation, and the share of LGAs releasing PHC operational funds. Narrative results are added as each quarterly review is signed off.
Policy reform for integrated service delivery
LGAs with an integrated PHC plan, adoption of the OIRIS approach, and health-workforce measures such as HRH incentives and task-shifting.
Community-led demand and accountability
LGAs with a community advocacy plan, facility exit interviews, and commitments secured and verified by Local Health Accountability and Advocacy Teams.
Last-mile service delivery
Facility readiness, commodity availability and reporting completeness at the last mile.
